Firestone Complete Auto Care

Jay and Pete were able to get me in on short notice to repair a nail that had punctured my tire. The service was fast, they were friendly and professional, and they had a genuine can-do attitude that made the whole experience easy and stress-free. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days. I really appreciate their help and highly recommend them!

I needed new tires and an alignment for over a year. I dropped off my car on the way to a wedding out of state. They took care of my car immediately. They are very fair and seems to be very honest. I had a repair done a not long ago and they redid that and found it was unnecessary. They haned that situation very professional and is a big reason why I chose them and will always go back.

Special shoutout to Jay at Firestone in Duluth for going above and beyond to help a small local business support a family in need! We reached out to several tire shops on a Sunday looking for quotes on four new tires after one of our families experienced a tire blowout that morning. Jay took the time to find us the best possible price, worked quickly, and got us in and out the very same day. What stood out most was that he GENUINELY cared. He wasn't just providing a service—he wanted to be part of helping a family get back on the road safely. Jay, thank you again for everything you did. Because of your kindness, this family is now riding safely. We truly appreciate your outstanding customer service and compassion, and we highly recommend Firestone because of employees like you!

I was traveling through Duluth, when one of the bolts holding my brake pads got lost on the highway. I was able to get safely to the Firestone, where they got me in quickly and fixed my problem within an hr, even though they were fully booked! Exceptional service!

I had a great experience getting my truck repaired. The team was professional, honest, and kept me informed through the whole process. They also helped work with my extended warranty so most of the repair was covered, which I truly appreciate. Special thanks to Jay for going above and beyond to help me out and make everything smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service and quality work. Highly recommend! And I promise I’ll bring you guys coffee and pastries as soon as I recover from my surgery. Just give me 2 weeks and I’ll be able to drive.
